JANUARY 2nd, 1993
Saturday. 1 more day till school. Sigh. Is it an A or B day? Sigh.
Today we MAY go see Aladdin with the movie money Aimee got us.

We saw Aladdin (me and Kath) and I liked it as much as the first time. Mom and Dad saw A Few Good Men and it ran late so Kath and I decided to play video games in the lobby. I spotted Lindsay Phillips. I looked at a plaque on the wall hoping she'd notice me first (this way if they don't notice (or don't want to) I don't notice them). She did and ran to me arms out wide exclaiming "Jess!" I didn't know if it was a joke so I stood still. She hugged me so I hugged back. She asked how Florida was and that she got my postcard. At the "arcade" we saw Carrie Anderson. Lindsay asked what movie I'd seen. I said Aladdin. She said me to, her 3rd time. I said my 2nd. Then they proceeded to tell me about last night (when Lindsay had slept over Carrie's), how Carrie's little brother had thrown a Sprite-filled cup the thought was empty in his own face. When I didn't laugh to hard, Lindsay asked what was wrong. I said nothing. Apparently she likes me better than I thought she did.
JANUARY 2nd, 1994
Took GIRL home and took Kath to Baton. Pom-Pom starts again soon. Next week, I think. Another year. Ski Club should start anyday now. I get to use my own (Aunt Vicki's) skis. School (stress) tomorrow. Sigh.
JANUARY 2nd, 1995
I spoke to Jason Ribs (kinda). He said "Is Tiffany Gates arrogant?" I said, "YES!" (Corey wasn't there.) "She's everything bad!" He was listening in on Amy Church and me. During Senior Choir, he slept at my feet (by Claire and Brian Hoke) and heard (I'm sure) me and Jenni talking. (We didn't say anything special.)
Today half the school was absent. (It's actually a holiday) I talked to Dan in 7th period, he seems back to normal. He promised to take me to Chicago in the year 2010.
Today I caught BOY's eye a few times. When Holly S. patted me on the arm, he said "Hey, don't touch her there!" I feel something weird with him. Maybe...YEAH RIGHT!
JANUARY 2nd, 1997
Holy changes in my life!
1) Me, Katie and Julie went to Phil Navratil's (of Chuck E. Cheese fame) party where there was lots of drinking. But Scott was there and his flirting gets more sincere every time I see him.
2) Chris and I have been thinking about taking a break and today we decided that when he leaves, we'll do so.
3) Me and Sharon spent New Year's Eve and Don Debiase's party. The weirdest thing happened. The second I walked in, I had BOY's undivided attention. And the flirting wasn't eased into, it was head first! He left for another party, but not before holding my hand firmly as he said good-bye to everyone. Then he squeezed it and left. I've spent the last few days wondering WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!
4) I got a second job - at Lone Star. Me and Sharon (who went as far as making out w/BOY) are hoping to go out with them on Friday because BOY leaves for the army on Saturday.
