JANUARY 6TH, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996

JANUARY 6th, 1993

Today in art we had Gummou again (the whole week). Then in 2nd period we worked on our MPV's. I had to go in for Mrs. Petrykowski to check my homework (that I missed cause of the cruise) and she let me do a few problems with Jenny Warchola (who was in for help). Look:

11+14=25, 14+10=24, 24+24=48, 25+25=50, 50+48=98ft.

The perimeter of the garden and the pathway is 98ft! TA-DA!

In 4th period gym, the boys on our volleyball team yelled and jumped in front of us. I touched the ball a couple times, too because Cory (the one man game) Chapman wasn't there.

5th period science we "played" with genecons and circuits. I had to take two quizzes for Mrs. Thompson in morning homeroom.

In 6th period Social Studies, YKW wasn't there. He was in 1st period art though. I didn't see him in first lunch either. We did our "what if we lost" Revolutionary War presentations. I made a poster for our group (Dione Wolfe, Kristen Groffner, Cheryl Boscerello) which brings me to last night. (We got our cruise pictures, went to a book store and went home).

7th period English we did our pre-test in spelling. I got to read the words to the class and I made up new sentences. For pryed, I said "The squirrel pryed open the acorn, but then Jack shot him." Everyone laughed because Jack Holmes hunts animals like squirrels and cats. We did a prompt writing exercise. The topic was, I just ran out of _______? I put air and wrote about someone who died scuba diving.

There's my day. 5 more months until summer vacation.

JANUARY 6th, 1994

GIRL and I brought our cameras to school. I got pictures of Brian Motsay, Keith Soloman, Ryan Rinaldo, Nick Neelis, etc.

BOY lent me the Les Miz book I've wanted forever.

JANUARY 6th, 1995

I tried out today and did great. So did Jason. He's definitely the Music Man. Katie says it's either her, me or Kim for Marion. I think it's her. I doubt I'll be Marion. I really doubt it. I'll find out if I made callbacks tomorrow.

I made callbacks. Jason is definitely Harold and it's either me or Katie.

Katie and me and Jason were the last to go. Katie and him read, then me and him. I thought I did well. I changed energy levels well. Then Katie and I sang "Till There Was You" again.

JANUARY 6th, 1996

Last night - Elicia called just as my family ad I were going to Golden Corral (Tony, Paul and Ben's new workplace). She invited me to go to the wrestling match. I did. We met Julie there and all sat together. Then, we went to Parson's. Matt and Justin were all watching Dumb and Dumber. We borrowed Matt and Justin and went to Middleburg McDonald's then to Berea McDonald's (where we actually went in and ate). Then we all went back to Justin's and all laid on his bed and talked. Then we moved downstairs to watch Die Hard w/a Vengence. (Oh yeah, Sharon had since come over.) We were all having fun until...

Marc and BOY showed up. BOY sat by Sharon but slowly moved by me. Then, everyone but me and BOY went home. I felt nothing. I kept saying to myself - 'I don't want to date other people' and I do!

Today at Forensics, me and Suze went over by Greg (he was alone) and we talked about crossword puzzles. I saw his eyes keep flickering to me when Suze was talking. I kinda felt like he was mildly interested. Then I sat by him in my next round. We didn't talk. After that we went back over. We talked a little (he works at Rini-Rego's and is the fastest checker, he wants to be called 'Fast Greg' and he loves Nirvana). Then he and some guy left to find the capital of Fiji (a question in one of his puzzles) and he never came back. Me and Suze took this as a hint and left. We saw them at a table with a crowd of girls. Then during the Power Round (I didn't make it, but everyone could go watch) the only seat left was next to him. But he was engrossed in conversation with two pretty girls. After all that, as we were pulling out of Crestwood on our bus, I saw him and waved. He just smiled and nodded like a snob. Well, then!! I guess I'm not good enough for him!

Then tonight, me, Matt, Elicia, and Sharon cruised around. Elicia likes BOY (a little) and she said he said he'd meet us at Wedel's later. (with Drew, I think) Elicia said Drew was having trouble with Lauren, but I was only mildly interested. We went to McDonald's then to Wedel's. Justin came over and we all sat (well, I layed) on Matt's bed. I fell asleep.
